At Nibble, everything we produce has to be made fresh from scratch using the same methods every time to ensure the same results every time - we don't buy in frozen tartlets, croustade, or anything pre-made to cut corners and make life easy, and we source the best ingredients that are available locally. Food doesn't need to be complicated, it just needs to look enticing and taste amazing!

All our food is prepared off-site, but finished just prior to service to make sure everything tastes and looks the way it should.
For any first time clients, If your guests don't think the the food is as good as anything they have had before or better, I will discount the final bill.
We always focus on taste - there should never be any compromise. Excellent ingredients prepared with integrity and care will produce the best meals.
We love food, we love cooking and we live to eat, so there is always incredible pleasure in providing food for others to enjoy the same way that we do!

Each canape is created as a microcosm of a meal - some foods go together well on a plate, so that's what we try and do with our canapes - if there is a meal you love, we will do our best to incorporate all the elements that make up the dish but in a single mouthful... Or you can just choose from the menu suggestions !
